Steps to buying a house

Navigating the homebuying process can be overwhelming. It's my job to make it as seamless as possible... 1...2....3 and you don't need 20% saved up.. not even 10%.. possibly only 5% or 3.5% or none but you want to have some money necessary for the process (to pay for a home inspection, appraisal, etc. but you'll discuss all that with the lender). And my services are USUALLY free to you. Our market conditions are changing dramatically about who pays the buyer's agent's commission... so as of July 1, 2024 going forward, that commission will be negotiated with the seller's agent.

I have connections to lenders that have the experience and understanding a 1st time home buyer needs. It's easier to get pre-qualified than ever before too... most lenders utilize an online application system and they will help you select the best mortgage program for you... maybe even with DPA (Down Payment Assistance)! 

I LOVE showing homes and have a handy tool that will send potential homes directly to your email the minute they come on the market (or announce they will be!)! From the comfort of your own computer you can view, comment and ultimately select what homes you would like to personally tour with your own eyes and I set it all up! 

I handle everything: from writing up the contract, scheduling the closing, notification to all the parties (lender, attorney, agents, inspector, etc.), to setting up the home inspection and can even help you find a mover, junk hauler, house cleaner!
