For more than 20 years, Jennifer Morris has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate journey across the Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Rock Hill and South Charlotte areas.

She began her career in 2003 working in new construction before becoming an independent broker specializing in residential buying and selling.

In 2008, Jennifer launched Real Estate Central to create a more personal and flexible approach to real estate — one focused on clear guidance, real-world experience, and helping clients move confidently through important life transitions.

Having lived in the Charlotte area since 1980, Jennifer knows the region well and has spent the last 25+ years in the Steele Creek and Fort Mill communities raising her three children and now enjoying time with her grandchildren.

Jennifer has personally experienced multiple home purchases and sales, new construction builds, and a wide range of residential transactions, giving her valuable perspective when guiding clients through their own moves.
